West End · Fortitude Valley · New Farm. From $250 AUD/week. Young and creative, brunch on every corner, bike to the centre and the city's best live music scene.

University area

St Lucia · Toowong · Indooroopilly. From $230 AUD/week. Home of the University of Queensland: green, leafy, right next to campus and a river ferry to the CBD.
